Job Description

We are looking to hire a benefits administrator at our Tewksbury area client.

The Benefits Administrator is responsible to administer the Health and Welfare programs of the company. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the candidate will take day to day direction from the Sr. Benefits Analyst.

Responsibilities
*Under minimal supervision, administer Health and Welfare benefit programs
*Work with benefits vendors, brokers, insurance carriers and financial institutions for the administration of benefit programs.
*Participates in leveraging technology to streamline processes and minimize transactional activity.
*Assist with training and development of team members as needed.
*Participates in drafting employee benefits communications and messaging to ensure that benefits are understood and valued
*Participates in regular audits to ensure data integrity and the accuracy/integrity of interfaces within the HRIS system.
*Working knowledge of FMLA and leave of absence administration
*Assists with open enrollment administration, timeline and communication as well as startup activities related to new employee enrollments and renewals into wellness plans.
