Job Description


A prestigious law firm in St. Augustine is looking for a talented professional that can wear many hats. The successful candidate will perform a wide array of administrative tasks. Those tasks include but are not limited to:


* Accurate client billing (Uses QuickBooks, Kleos)
* Maintain spreadsheets (Excel - does not have to be a power-user)
* Tasks associated with case openings and closings
* Document scanning
* Data input
* General office management
* Ordering supplies, etc.


Pays: $15-17/hour. Client is willing to train someone who is extremely sharp.
