SNI Companies is hiring for an Office Administrator
This is a full-time temp to hire position
Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate tasks within the company in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Answer phones on a multi-line phone system
  • Enter data into applicable database relating to assigned task
  • Assist with Billing Department
  • Perform job functions with limited to no supervision
  • Monitor employee timesheets
  • Implement delivery schedule for drivers
  • Utilize QuickBooks to assist with accounting functions


Experience/Skills

  • Experience within Logistics (3+ years preferred)
  • Scheduling (3+ years Preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Required)
  • QuickBooks experience (Required)
