Contract: 04/19-10/19
35-45 hours/week
Duties:

  • Client communication/Sales
  • Quoting + Invoicing
  • Collection
  • Scheduling
  • Various day to day tasks


Requirements:

  • Experience with administration
  • Sales experience
  • Friendly & optimistic attitude
  • Good conversationalist. Majority of this role will be communicating with clients & keeping them happy.
  • Good organization skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good decision making skills
