Job Description

We have recently partnered with a Central CT construction company that is in need of an experienced Office Assistant that can take on multiple responsibilities. First and foremost they will need to be able to take control of the accounting department in all aspects to make sure everything is running efficiently and is brought up to date. Additional responsibilities would include:

  • Complete day to day assignments.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
  • Controlling correspondence
  • Assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • AIA Billing experience is a plus

Anyone that is submitting for this position must be timely, prompt and consistent when it comes to attendance.
