Job Description

As a Payroll Specialist you will be primarily responsible for performing all payroll related responsibilities for the assigned internal business units of 2000+ employees. After in depth training, we are seeking a self-motivated team player with strong customer service skills and the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Data entry into the payroll system.
* Program submission.
* Payroll reconciliation and identifying discrepancy issues.
* Assisting with special projects when needed.
* Running of reports weekly and monthly or as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

* College degree preferred
* Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a professional industry (i.e. payroll, banking, office clerical, customer service, etc.).
* Minimum of 6 months experience working with numbers and/or schooling in accounting.
* PC proficiency, including MS Excel.
* Strong organizational, customer service, and verbal/written communication skills.
