Job Description

Primary Purpose/Objectives of the Job:

The Pricing Analyst will work closely with Sales, Business Management, and Customer Service managing the process for providing pricing quotes as needed. They will review price discrepancies for the Mexico & Latam Food & Industrial Specialties businesses, accurately update customer pricing in JDE general ledger system for accurate invoicing, as well as validate pricing on existing orders as needed.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Monitor the Pricing Admin Box for US /Cad/Mexico
  • Enter Pricing/NSPS in E1
  • Work closely with Customer Service, Business Management and the Sales teams to research and resolve any pricing discrepancies at time of order entry.
  • Review the zero open order report for Mexico on a daily basis.
  • Work closely with the Mexico Sales team to support with pricing entries/Updates
  • Coordinate mass price change updates with assigned sales Reps: especially during contract season and for all price increases
  • Update the price discrepancy log on a daily basis to ensure price discrepancies are being sent in for Customer Service department.
  • Review printed invoices on a daily basis to ensure correct pricing of invoices
  • Run Reports for pricing for the assigned sales reps
  • US CUPS (Credit upon proof of sale)
  • Process the assigned CUPS for the US by the 20th of each month
  • Log all CUPS that are issued monthly10%
  • Work with sales to update change on CUPS during price increases, price updates, pricing expires
  • Credits and Debits
  • Process Credits and Debits for both Domestic/Export Customers
  • Coordinate with CSR's to review credits and debits
  • Update the credit/debit log when credits and debits are issued
  • Audit Reviews - Provide supporting documentation for Mexico

Required Education, Skills, Knowledge and Experiences: (essential to the position)

  • Ability to communicante in Spanish & English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of JDE, with thorough understanding of order to deliver pricing modules.
  • Knowledge of the business organization and inter-related functions, order processing, pricing terms, credit principles.
  • Ability to make decisions or facilitate a change to a process when needed.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels within the organization.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.
  • Analysis and problem solving skills.Strong attention to details.
